Why Cisco Networking Academy courses

Cisco is one of the largest makers of networking technology, and many schools and universities around the world teach from its courses. At STC, you'll come across them in some of our curricula.

  • Official Cisco courses

You learn from the same materials IT professionals around the world prepare with. No dry theory: you try everything out straight away in hands-on labs, and in the networking courses in the Packet Tracer simulator.

  • A certificate for your CV

Every course ends with an exam. Pass it and you get a Cisco certificate and digital badge for your CV or LinkedIn. After the courses that prepare for specific certifications, you also get a discount on the official certification exam.

  • At your own pace, with a mentor

You go through the course online whenever it suits you – in the evening after school or at the weekend. When something doesn't make sense, you talk it through with a mentor in a consultation.

  • Completely free

For STC students, all courses are free: the study materials, the final exam, the certificate and the badge. You don't pay a thing.

Two ways to take a course

Some courses will already be part of your Action Group's curriculum. But you can also enroll in any other course we offer.

Is the course you are interested in taught in your Action Group?

Yes

Take it with your group

You go through the courses that are part of your Action Group's curriculum together with the rest of the group.
