The future is here, don't stay behind!

We are a two-year program for high school students supported by Microsoft preparing you for the world of modern technologies.

  • Practical projects
  • Mentoring from professionals
  • Real experiences
  • Inspiring opportunities

What awaits you?

The program has two parts that run side by side for the full two years. In four semesters, you build a shared foundation together with your whole cohort. At the same time, you go deep into the field you enjoy most in one of seven Action Groups, working on your own projects.

What STC gives you

STC opens doors to opportunities that would otherwise remain closed. From internships in prominent companies to participating in official Microsoft events and presenting to large audiences. All while you're still in high school.

In four semesters you build a shared foundation in modern technologies, and at the same time you work on your own projects in the field you enjoy in one of seven Action Groups.

  2. Participation in the whole program and the certification exams are free of charge for accepted students. You only pay for accommodation and food at teambuilding.

  3. No. STC is about technology in general, not just IT – we also cover presenting, design, marketing and education. IT knowledge is a plus, but you will learn a lot of it with us.

  4. Anyone in their 1st to 3rd year of high school; most of the students we accept are in their 2nd or 3rd year. The program takes two years, so unfortunately it does not work out for 4th years.

  5. Yes, the program is built to fit alongside school. Webinars are online in the evening, usually on Tuesdays and Wednesdays for about two hours, and you can usually watch them as a recording too. Your Action Group has an hour-long call on Mondays. You work on your projects whenever it suits you – what matters is that they keep moving forward.

  6. Lessons run online on Microsoft Teams, so you can join from anywhere. Several times a year we meet in person: at the summer and winter school in Prague, at teambuilding and at the conference.

  7. Based on what you enjoy. In the interview we ask about your interests and goals, and we pick the Action Group where you can grow the most.
